Education:

Drew Stauffer's practice is diverse and includes the highly technical fields of public finance and project finance, computer law, information technology contracts, corporate transactions, commercial and residential real estate and estate planning.

He specializes in the practice of Public Finance Law and Project Finance, with a concentration on general obligation and revenue bonds and government financings. He also has extensive experience in corporate transactions with emphasis on construction and technology contracts. 

Mr. Stauffer is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers.  

He presently serves as Bond Counsel to the Borough of Lakehurst, the Borough of Interlaken, the Eatontown Sewerage Authority and as Disclosure Counsel to the Monmouth County Improvement Authority.
