Richard J. Shaklee had obtained the prestigious Diplomate in New Jersey Municipal Law advanced law certification program, which is administered by Rutgers University and is recognized by the New Jersey Supreme Court. Drew A. Stauffer, Chairman of the Public Finance Department, is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers. He has represented municipalities and school districts as bond counsel in the issuance of general obligation and refunding bonds and has assisted clients in financings through the New Jersey Environmental Authority and the Monmouth County Improvement Authority. Mr. Stauffer has also served as bond counsel to various utility authorities in connection with the issuance of revenue bonds and is familiar with the procedures necessary for the dissolution of local authorities.
